Fun Facts:
We really do go the extra mile for our clients! A bereaved widow was selling her beloved home to a young couple who were excited about raising their family in their new house. The seller was owner-financing the deal and was quite emotional about selling her home. The buyers were as excited as the seller was sad, but could not afford to miss work to close. So we closed their transaction late in the evening, doing our part to make the home selling and buying experiences as stress-free as possible.
