Fun Facts:
In this rich oil and gas exploration area, it was a standing-room-only crowd for a recent informative seminar to help citizens understand their rights as surface owners.
In addition to being experienced, our closers are flexible. We once had a closing involving a husband who was working over four hours away; to accommodate his work schedule and long commute, we conducted his closing at 9:30pm so he could get back to work by the next morning. That was definitely a long day, but worth it to make our clients happy.
