Celia Flowers holds a Juris Doctor from Baylor University, is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law, Oil & Gas Law, and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Flowers owns East Texas Title Companies, licensed in 12 East Texas Counties: Cherokee, Gregg, Harrison, Kaufman, Marion, Panola, Rains, Rusk, Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood Counties. Additionally, Ms. Flowers is a partner in Flowers Davis, PLLC, with an emphasis on real estate law, oil and gas matters, business and commercial litigation, and insurance defense.

Ms. Flowers has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Land Title Association since 2004 and most recently served as TLTA’s President for 2008-2009. She is on the Board of Directors for the Independent Title Agents of Texas and is a member of the American Land Title Association.

Ms. Flowers is member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Smith County Bar Association; Rusk County Bar Association, Gregg County Bar Association, Van Zandt County Bar Association, International Right of Way Association, State Bar of Texas, East Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen, and American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
