Between May, 2015, and August 1 October 3, 2015, East Texas Title Companies will be keeping lenders, realtors and other attorneys informed about how to comply with the new Truth-in-Lending/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) forms and processes. Memorial Day Storms Came with a Silver Lining for Some East Texans

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (June 9, 2015)  Arnold Abstract Company in Henderson, Texas was seriously damaged by a tornado in the evening of May 25, 2015 (Memorial Day). However, due to East Texas Title Companies' disaster recovery planning, help from the community, and lots of employees with can-do attitudes, it was business-as-usual for our clients with closings the very next day.  Read the press release
